Job Description • Handling client interaction for requirement gathering, finalization of functional specifications.
• Preparing initial requirement documents, handling project costing budgeting & resource allocation.
• Identifying prospective clients, generating business from existing clientele, thereby achieving business targets.
• Identifying and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with the customers to achieve the repeat/referral business.
• Executing the market survey for various projects.
• Recruiting, mentoring, training & development of team members to ensure sales & operational efficiency.
• At last, to promote the growth of the business & yourself by working together like a team.
Profile Required male candidate with minimum 3 to 5 yrs experience
