Conducts necessary studies on new / existing drilling technology / equipment / tools and / or programmes / procedures and methods for necessary enhancement / improvement to secure efficient and safe drilling operations. Keeps abreast with recent development of new drilling technology / equipment / tools and / or methods / procedures.
