To assist the Project Manager in construction activities as per planned schedule to achieve targets. Liaise with Client / Consultant for day to day activities. Excellent contract management skills. Forecast men and material requirements and raise indent for the same well in advance. Ensure that activities in the assigned area are in compliance with contract specification and drawings. Ability to read and comprehend drawings. Certification of sub-contractors / vendors’ invoices / bills. Optimum utilization of men and machinery. Ensure that inspection and test requirements are fulfilled at relevant stages of construction.
Profile Experience in water / sewerage transmission pipelines, pumping stations or any large industrial construction. Excellent contract management skills and ability to resolve technical issues. Manpower management. Strong computer skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. GCC experience preferred. Qualification: BE / ME – Civil Engineering.
